Service, professionalism, and transparency
My business is dedicated to customer service at every step and I am always available to answer your questions directly and guide you through the often-daunting translation process.
I translate each project personally, and I do not outsource or sub-contract my work. You can be assured that your materials are handled with the utmost care and confidentiality.
I offer competitive and transparent pricing. Per standard industry practice, I typically charge by the “target” word count (i.e. the final English word count) for translation, and by the hour for editing/review. This reflects my actual output and is more fair to the customer. As a “one man shop” with minimal overhead (unlike large agencies which charge a markup to make profit), I can offer you cost savings while still delivering professional quality.
